During peak season delivery time may take a bit longer. They have three types of shipping methods to offer to their customers. Flat rate shipping takes 22 days to deliver your product. If you choose the standard shipping method it will take 17 to 21 days. Express shipping is the fastest way to get your product as it will get your product delivered in 10 to 13 working days. Romwe does not currently support cash on delivery in the United States.
Return and refund:
Romwe loves to provide its customers with the best quality material. I case you receive something defective or incorrect you can contact their customer support representative within 60 days of order placement. All you have to do is to place the item in its original packing and return it to Romwe warehouse with the following details.
1. Order number
2. A photo showing discrepancy, damages, or defects
3. A photo of the clear plastic bag, which is attached with the SKU number and size on it.
